Portland Police Arrest 25 in May Day March
Police arrested over two-dozen protestors marching on May Day in downtown Portland, Oregon. The police bureau said smoke bombs, glass bottles, and cans of Pepsi—presumably a reference to a controversial Kendall Jenner ad—were all thrown at officers. Police had advised peaceful protestors to separate from violent “anarchists.”
